Lots of criticism have been around since the announcement of Diablo 3 having an automatic stat distribution. so you know what, I decided to really find out more about it.
Let’s face some facts:
- Automatic stat distribution will not affect your gameplay
- Blizzard did the same for World of Warcraft and learned the lesson
- When the Diablo 3 game will be released you will forget the buzz the about automatic stat distribution
- Blizzard is a huge company and they will focus on the majority of the player-base
What we can do:
Continue to whine about it
Accept it and live with it
Come up with a new solution and hope Blizzard will eat it
Our Idea:
From Asheron’s Call (MMO), if anyone of you played this game another pretty old first person shooter MMO, they have solved this with unlearn Stats and Skills, I really like this idea, cuz its will give you the flexibility to change stat if you made a mistake or want to play your character differently - its a great solution!
What will happen:
There is always a small part who will not buy Diablo 3, and there is nothing to do about it, so there is just a little hope that Blizzard will actually change there minds. The majority will accept it and buy the game anyways, so the conclussion is that yea its good to protest, there is just something you can’t really change when they are set in stone.
