Creating a New Topic on iPad (4 posts)

    Hi

    I am having issues getting the “New Topic” button to bring up the field to create a new topic using my iPad. It’s no issue on any other platform that I use to interact with this website.

    Just wanted to bring this issue up

    The button turns red when I click it and normally nothing happens. I even try to click hold it to bring up a new window. It normally takes about 10 clicks and seems random when it does finally work

    If the New topic button is some Javascript function that works with mouse down/mouse up it might not be fully compatible with iPad since your tablet is a touch device with different functions.

    The site is not by default compatible with ipad/iphone but might work.

    If you scroll down it is just hidden at the bottom of your page… I had the same issue but by accident did a down swipe and there was the text box waiting for input. One problem I did have was the ipad would stop then resend a post creating a double post some times and I would have to go back a clean them up…

    but thats an apple hardware issue not the site.
