Skill rune system is a unique feature in Diablo 3, where you are able to attached a rune to skills, and change the ability of the skill. You will be able to change “teleport” to an offensive skill by adding a Striking rune to the skill.
This will give a huge variarity of gameplay since you will be able to transform skill into other abilities. Also it you will not be dependent on re-spec your character, because you simply can change the rune in a skill and change your gameplay experience. The skill runes is randomly dropped by monsters.

Multistrike Rune
Electrocute
Striking rune
