A use clarify some of the bugs & issues that Diablo 2 patch 1.13 PTR didnt fix.
Here is the list of D2 patch 1.13 bugs.
#1 — [skill fix] blessed hammer
problem: still overpowered, even with a good fix you have made (no longer ignores immunities)
reason: ruins pvm & pvp effectively
solution: reduce its base damage by ~30%
#2 — [skill fix] smite
problem: due to a bug, smite ignores defense and block, making it maybe even worse than hammer…maybe
reason: ruins pvp & pvm (ubers especially)
solution: either make it ar dependent or blockable
#3 — [runeword fix] grief
problem: due to a bug, damage is added to base damage instead to added damage
reason: overpowers paladins more than anything, ever
solution: fix that crap fast
#4 — [exploit fix] tppk
problem: it’s still there!
reason: completely destroys hardcore
solution: really…fix it. and it must work even for torch fire
#5 — [exploit fix] drop barbs
problem: they crash every game they want to and there is no way to stop them, except not playing at all
reason: they d.e.s.t.r.o.y. pvp
solution: um, well…fix!
#6 — [fix fix] unlimited respecs
problem: respec is one thing, unlimited respec is another
reason: will kill fun, especially pvp
solution: limit respecs per char. limit it to 3, 10, 100…just limit it!
#7 — [monster fix] ubers
problem: ubers are uber easy
reason: life tap owns ubers with pretty much any build
solution: give ubers curse immunity (like possessed champion monsters)

Thanks. One problem we’re running in to with some reports at the moment though is that people are using slang terms for issues because they’ve been around for so long. We still need detailed steps on how to reproduce all bugs, especially long standing issues.
